I'm a qualified counsellor based in Macclesfield, offering a calm, safe and confidential space where we can work together face to face or remotely by telephone/Zoom. I can help you work through your problems and gain a better understanding of how you think, why you feel the way you do, and why you may behave in certain ways.
As a qualified Person-Centered Counsellor, with training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Life Coaching - I take an integrative approach and offer a tailored service to meet your requirements and individual needs.
The first step is to see if we are the right fit, in my experience, if it feels right, the likelihood is that you will get what you need from our work together.
